Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Sale items and gift cards are not covered by our voluntary 30-day return policy.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please include any tags and, where possible, the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

We will send you return instructions. Items returned without first contacting us may take longer to process.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal
Customers in the European Union have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason.
This 14-day right also applies to sale items. Gift cards and other products excluded under applicable law may not be eligible for return.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at contact@torvenius.store within 14 days after receiving your order.
You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store. If the item has been used or handled more than necessary, we may deduct any resulting loss in value from your refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants; custom products such as special orders or personalized items; and sealed personal care goods that have been opened, such as certain beauty or hygiene products.
We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Gift cards and sale items are not covered by our voluntary 30-day return policy. However, EU customers may still exercise their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for sale items, unless another legal exception applies.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the item you have and place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return.
Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
For returns made under the EU right of withdrawal, we will refund the item price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided proof that it has been sent.
