Shipping policy

Customer Responsibility for Duties and Import Fees
All customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and import fees that may apply upon delivery in the destination country.

Shipping from Our Warehouse in Sweden
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.

EU & UK
For customers within the EU and the United Kingdom, Torvenius collects VAT, duties, and import fees at checkout.

USA (effective from August 29, 2025)
Due to new U.S. import regulations, customs duties and import fees now apply to all packages — even those of low value.
We recommend choosing DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping options whenever available to avoid unexpected charges.
In some cases, the carrier may be required to prepay customs duties to authorities before the parcel can be released.
We strive to provide the most accurate estimates of these costs at checkout, but the final amount is determined by U.S. Customs.

Important on Documentation
All non-U.S. goods require detailed documentation (value, country of origin, product description, HS codes). We will provide this information as accurately as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for incorrect duties or fees assessed by U.S. authorities.

Tips for U.S. Customers
Whenever possible, choose shipping methods where duties and taxes are prepaid (DDP).
Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs clearance.
In some cases, customs duties are non-refundable on returns — check with the carrier for details.
